Hosting (Hetzner)
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data centre within the European Union. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner.
Processing takes place to ensure the secure and technically faultless provision of the website on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Server log files
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes information in so-called server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page or file accessed, volume of data transferred, referrer URL (if transmitted), browser type and version, operating system, and the status code of the request.
This data is not merged with other data sources, serves exclusively for secure operation and error analysis (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and is automatically deleted or anonymised after a short period.
Cookies, tracking & analytics
This website sets no cookies and no comparable storage technologies that would require consent. No analytics, statistics or marketing services are used, and no usage behaviour is evaluated.
No profiling and no automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, the data you submit (email address, name and content of your message) is processed exclusively to handle your request and any follow-up enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
This data is not passed on without your consent and is deleted once the request has been conclusively dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Recipients & third-country transfers
Your data is disclosed only where technically necessary, to the hosting provider named above acting as a processor within the EU.
No transfer to third countries outside the EU or the EEA takes place.
Retention period
We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. Server logs are automatically deleted after a short period, email correspondence after the request has been dealt with.
Data security
The website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access.
